CORONAVIRUS

Dear Customer,

For over 35 years, Rocky Mountain Spring & Suspension has put you, the customer, at the center of our business. Like you, we have watched the Coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis carefully. In keeping with our pledge to provide our customers with the highest level of service, we want you to know that we are open, we are healthy and fully staffed and ready to serve our customers.

ENHANCED SANITATION PROCEDURES:
We have created a higher bar for our staff to operate from to protect you and our team members. There will also be new sanitation checks, including bathrooms, door handles, professional equipment, front counter and other critical areas in our shop that are considered higher-risk for contracting the virus.

Any team member with any symptoms of COVID-19 will not be allowed to work. A doctor’s note will also be required before returning to work stating that they are not contagious. We will not allow customers to remain in our waiting area, if they are showing any signs of cold like symptoms, such as persistent coughing, runny nose or other signs of sickness. There will be other minor operational and procedural changes to decrease the likelihood of spreading the virus, which you may notice and be made aware of when visiting the shop.

WHAT YOU CAN DO TO HELP:
If you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, which the CDC has described as fever, coughing, or shortness of breath, please call us at (719) 528-8418 to reschedule your truck repair or to pick up parts. If it’s a part you need, we’ll be more than happy to ship it directly to you, or take your credit card information and set your parts outside for pick up.

WHAT’S NEXT?
Based on the guidance from numerous professionals and agencies, and considering our high standards and commitment to meeting and exceeding sanitation standards, we are confident our shop remains a safe place for you and our staff.

We continue to remain open for business and look forward to see you in our shop.

Stay well.
